The credential is sold by the Associazione Culturale Variante Cimina della via Francigena ETS, the cultural association that develops and promotes the Way of Hasekura.

Registered office: Via Zara 16, 00198 Rome, Italy
Tax code: 97856960584

The site sells one product only: the pilgrim credential of the Way of Hasekura and the Japanese Martyrs. It comes in two versions:

• Digital credential: a numbered PDF in your name, to download and print at home.
• Credential by post: the printed version, sent to your address in Italy.

Prices are shown in euros on the product page and in the cart. For the printed version, the shipping cost is shown before you confirm the order. You pay the price you see at the time of purchase.

Choose the version, add it to the cart and complete the order with your details. The name you enter is the name printed on the credential. After ordering you receive a confirmation email with a summary.

You can pay with the methods offered on the checkout page. If you choose bank transfer, the order is processed once the payment has been received. Any card payments are handled by certified payment providers: card details are not stored on our site.

Digital credential: once the payment is confirmed you receive the PDF to download, already in your name and with your code.

Credential by post: we send it to the address given in the order, anywhere in Italy. Delivery times depend on the postal service or courier.

The credential is a personalised product: it is numbered and issued in your name. For this reason, as provided by Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code for personalised goods, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

If the credential arrives damaged, with the wrong details, or does not arrive at all, write to us: we will correct it or send you a new one at no extra cost. Your legal guarantee rights are not affected.

The credential is personal and non-transferable. The code stays linked to your name and, at the end of the Way, you need it to request the certificate: just send a photo of your stamped credential using the form on the home page.

The data collected with your order are used only to process the purchase and the shipping. All the details are in the privacy policy.

For any question, write to info@camminodihasekura.it or use the Contact page. These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, any dispute falls under the court of your place of residence.
